This is the first experience of cooperation between Irbitski National Museum of Fine Arts and the Nizhni Tagil’s Museum of Fine Arts. This is the second exhibition of the programme. In February and March “Ave Maria” was exhibited in Irbit. The programme includes three exhibitions.

There was an opening of the exhibition of “one picture”, where residents and visitors of Kamensk-Uralski could see the painting, attributed to Raphael, great Italian artist of High Renaissance. This picture is called “The Holy Family” or “Madonna del Popolo” (1509). The second exhibition is “Raphael of ages and arts”. And the final section of the museum exhibitional programme “Ave Maria. From Dürer to Chagall” presents engravings and drawings made by European masters of various national schools for 500 years, and united by the figure of Blessed Virgin.
