Memorial Tree Appears in Ryazan Region

A poplar in the Settlement of Konstantinovo (Ryazan Region) has acquired the status of Wildlife Monument Tree.

      It is the poplar that was planted by the outstanding Russian poet Sergey Yesenin by the house of his parents in the Konstantinovo Settlement.

      The green old resident of Konstantinovo has got the official protection status due to decision of the certified committee of the All-Russian program Trees as Wildlife Monuments.
