New Roscosmos commissioning authorities will allow to build the cosmodrome «Vostochny» at the proper time. 2014 will be the most strained year in the cosmodrome «Vostochny» construction with the maximum workload.

The builders quantity on the cosmodrome will be 7 thousand people. Meanwhile in the city of Uglegorsk, near which  the cosmodrome «Vostochny» is being built and where most of the workers live, the assignments of Russian Department of Defense property standard commission are not accomplished, first of all the means for sports complex completion are not confirmed.
