AvtoVAZ has posted a positive 2012 financial report, with an 8.6 percent increase in sales, reaching RUR 190.1 billion.

      The results audited by Ernst and Young show a fourfold increase in net profit, which totaled RUR 29.2 billion.

      AvtoVAZ has retained its positions are the leading car producer in Russia, thanks to an overhaul of its lineup and production of new makes like Lada Largus and Lada Granta.
