Moscow is a lure for billionaires, with the Russian capital earning second spot in the World City Millionaire Rankings.

      According to the report, Moscow is home to 64 billionaires, beating London, with only 54, but falling behind New York City, boasting a record 70 super-rich individuals.

      But Moscow is only 20th when it comes to the number of people with net assets of US$1 million and higher, with only 101,000 high net worth individuals reported.

      The study has been put together by the London-based research firm WealthInsight.
