The tram coach monument of «Х»-series, that was exploited in the regional center from 1929 till 1967, appeared in the city garden near the cinema “Pobeda”. The coach is full size and is maximally approximated to the original. The accurate image of the construction has been re-edified by photos with the help of computational modeling.

The authorities have decided to locate the monument in the city garden close to the former cinema “Pobeda”, as near this place there was the circle of the first tram line. The monument is opened for visiting: everyone who wishes can ascend the saloon, seat on the historical bench, and make a photo.
