VTB Bank has not extended its sponsorship contract with FC CSKA Moscow, citing the challenging economic, prompting this season’s champions to look for a new one.

      They didn’t spend too much time, announcing on Thursday that it landed a five-year deal with Russian Grids, formerly IDGC Holding, the country’s largest power corporation.

      The official press conference was attended by Oleg Budargin, CEO of Russian Grids, Evgeny Giner, president of FC CSKA, and the team’s renowned goalkeeper, Igor Akinfeyev.
