The touristic project “Ask me, I’m local” has started in Buryatiya.

Volunteers and students who know foreign languages will help tourists in Buryatiya. Within the frameworks of the project “Ask me, I‘m local” the public agency “Volunteer evening” supported by the authorities of Buryatiya and Ulan-Ude created a web-site, where volunteers and tourists who want to get consultation of a guide will be registered. During first 24 hours 50 volunteers registered. It is planned to attract about 1000 volunteers. All volunteers-guides will have to pass a test for knowledge of English language. Active volunteers are promised to be encouraged.
