Planetarium appeared in the district children's library in the Amur region. There is the only in the Amur region mobile unit for displaying of special films with almost circular viewing angle there. The mobile planetarium consists of an air structure, high quality projector with a special reflector and a speaker system.

All the installations can be placed in a mid-size room. It’s better to watch the films lying on the back. For this reason several air beds are placed there. The first visitors of the planetarium watched the animation about the Moon that came to the Sun’s place. With the help of the fairy tale children learned the lunar phases and the zodiac constellations. The program lasted for about 25 minutes. Apart from children cartoons planetarium shows popular-science films for the senior pupils.
