From June 12 to 16 the Moscow Museum will be hosting a unique festival reconstruction of the Moscow city holiday of the early 20th century The Happy Thirteenth: five days just like hundred years ago.
Painting, poetry, theater, street orchestra performances, retro-circus, and a fair ― all these actions will be happening in the yard of the Museum, a new public space of Moscow.
One of the festival features is that the entrance and participation in all the programs and entertainments are free.
Five days of the festival will be dedicated to different subjects: theater on June 12, fine arts on June 13, circus on June 14, sports on June 15, music and dances on June 16. The festival venue is open for guests from 12 am till 12 pm.
