Andrei Biljo Drawings Checked Up for Extremism

Law enforcement agencies in Yaroslavl have decided to check the program of the Civil Platform party for extremism.

Generally the attention of police was drawn by program illustrations –most of them created by the well-known artist Andrei Biljo. It is interesting that the police officers had no claims to the program text.

The main hero of the illustrations made by Biljo is a character named Petrovitch, caricatures and animated films with whom the artist has been creating since the late 1990s.
