World-class team of professionals developed new menu for international and domestic flights of “Aeroflot”. The choice of dishes on airline’s board is updated regularly, quarterly in business class and twice a year in economy class.
Artists and vip-guests were invited to the presentation of summer menu, who chose the best samples of catering. For business class passengers’ menu two cold appetizer have been selected: octopus with potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto sauce and breast with kumquat and fresh ginger. Potato cream soup with croutons is also included and as a hot dish - Chilean sea bass with vegetables. For dessert passengers can taste “macaron” (French) - delicious and easy meringues with grated almonds.
