Residents of  the Tver region should vote for improvement project of driveway between Novoslobodskaya and Suschevskaya streets. Funds from new toll parking established in November last year were given to the Tver region for improvement. During this time people paid for parking places 20 mln rubles. All the money will go for planning and organization of public services. Residents of each pilot district must select the best three projects among proposed by activists. Specialists of the Institute of Business and Design offer to organize a pedestrian walk length of about 100 meters. They planned to put branches, urns and containers with plants on the streets, execute all the signboards in antique style, decorate houses with façade lights and vintage brownie badges, and let pedicabs along. Painting by Vasily Surikov "Boyarynya Morozova" will be outlined on one of the facades because earlier there was a house in which artist wrote his famous painting.
