New Order has reached Russia as well for the first time in 33 years of the bands existence.
This very fact makes it worthy to go to the show, not to mention the thing that the band also plays songs by Joy Division (for example, the anthem of the post-punk generation Love Will Tear Us Apart), and its own hits, such as Blue Monday, and songs from their two latest albums.
New Order now includes four members of its original line-up, so it means they will sound just as carefree and light-heartedly as in their early years, but at the same time in a more mature and abundant way. In any case everybody will dance even those who do not really know twists and turns of the Manchester wave and indie-rock.
New Order will give its first Russian gig on June 28 in the Stadium Live club, Moscow.
