In the Altai region a project of Entertainment Park is being developed in Talmensky area on the bank of the river Chumysh. It is based on a common theme - the characters of the Soviet and Russian cartoons and fairy tales.

It will be located near the federal highway M-52, where the transit flow of tourists is about 2 million people each year, so the regional government expects that the project will be popular. The park will be designed to relax the various categories - families with children and youth. There will be carousels, cafes and restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a water park, concert halls, and a hotel. Given the climatic conditions of the region, most areas of the park are supposed to operate year-round.
