New social network for the art community "culture.livejournal.com", developed  jointly by the center "Cultural Alliance", created and led by Marat Gelman, and "Live Journal" was presented on June 19, 2013.

According to its founders, the goal of the new network is to connect the audience with the artist, the artist with the curator, the curator with a gallery or other institution. In culture.livejournal.com it’s assumed three types of accounts - for artists, for institutions and for the organizers of the event. According to Gelman, the new service will allow artists and curators don’t spend money on the creation of high-value individual online resources, and to work centralized on a single database. The software "engine", and other resources for art social network will be provided by a platform Livejournal.com. The creators believe that they can attract up to 80,000 new users in a new social network.
