Construction of three new monuments has been approved by State Duma. To the list  of the city monumental and decorative arts  three objects were added: a monument to Galina Vishnevskaya near Opera Centre in Ostozhenka, a monument to the soldiers who died in the First World War in the Victory Park and the monument to the hero of the War of 1812 - Matvei Platov in Krasnokursantskiy square in Lefortovo.

As the head of the Moscow Duma Commission for the regulations, rules and procedures  reported, all costs for the construction of these monuments will be covered by the social organizations and cultural foundations without any additional funding from the city budget.
