Gazprom will have to cut its investment plans due to a drop in revenues over the next two years, says Lenta.ru.

The Russian gas giant will lose up to RUR 130 billion due to the government decision to curb the hike in energy tariffs starting from 2014.

Under the move, an average utility bill for resources like power shall not rise higher than the official inflation rate in the previous year.
