TNK-BP minority shareholders have lambasted Rosneft's vice-president Igor Maidannik over the new owner's decision not to pay the dividends for 2012.

At the Annual General Meeting of shareholders, they made a last-ditch attempt to force the new management to distribute the earnings.

The verbal attack failed to produce any effect but Maidannik, who worked at TNK-BP before the acquisition said the new owner is considering a buyback or conversion as two possible options to solve the issue.
