Late 2013 may see a drop in oil prices, according to the Russian government.
The prices for the Urals brand may slide below $100 a barrel of crude next winter, RIA-Novosti news agency quoted Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrey Klepach as saying.
Oil prices are a critical indicator for the Russian budget, with revenues from exports duties accounting for a large part of the budget.
