The Polytechnic Museum arranges the interactive exhibition Games: Prospection to be held from July 5 to September 4 in the ZIL Cultural Center.
It will tell visitors everything about the virtual game world. 16 games, among them the multiuser Tetris and virtual labyrinth with extra corporal experiences are presented at the exhibition.
Besides video games, the exhibition includes Interference – a gigantic installation game, in which players have to steal objects from the opponent’s field, and the multiuser hijacking game We, Resistance with radio-frequency detectors.
A team of designers, artists and game developers took part in creation of the exhibition. For the first time it took place in 2012 in Dublin.
According to organizers, new technologies and better understanding of man’s mind will influence the future of computer games. Sales of game industry can reach about 70 billion dollars in 2013.
