Iraqi Prime Minister has confirmed that the contracts worth $4.2 billion that were signed with Russia last year will be implemented in full.

The first batch of helicopters Mi-28 aka the Night Hunter (or Nato's reporting name 'Havoc') will be delivered as early as September, told Russia's news agency Interfax.

The contracts also include anti-aircraft systems, but the Iraqi premier did not specify its type.
