Unemployment Drops to 3.9 Percent

The unemployment level in Russia dropped yet again, says Labour Minister Maksim Topilin.

      The average jobless rate currently stands as low as 3.9 percent, or 5.2 million people.

      The data have been provided by the Russian Statistics Agency which registered a decline in the number of the unemployed in 78 Russian regions.
