The 12th All-Russian Festival Real Theatre will take place in Yekaterinburg from September 2 to September 8.
The program of the Real Theater has been created by the famous “theatrical demiurge” Oleg Loyevsky, who has included in it the most interesting performances of the last Russian theatre season.
The festival will present 14 performances prepared by theaters from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Rostov-on-Don, Novokuybyshevsk, Ulan-Ude and Mariinsk.
The event will be opened with the sensational play The Kind Man from Szechwan by the Pushkin Moscow Theater.
The performance-verbatim dedicated to the 290th anniversary of Yekaterinburg is to become one more interesting find of the festival.
