Two Movies Win Shukshin Film Festival First Time

Results of the 15th Shukshin Film Festival held in the Srostki Village, the homeland of the outstanding writer Vasily Shukshin, have been announced.
      

      For the first time in the entire history of the festival two movies have become the winners: Daughter by Alexander Kasatkin and Natalia Nazarova and If All...by Natalia Belyausken from Armenia.
      

      The Best Actress Prize goes to Marina Smolnikova, who played the main character Inna in the movie Daughter. Vladimir Svirsky has won the Best Actor Prize with his role in Sergey Loznitsa’s film In the Fog based on a story by Vasyl Bykov.
