Visitors of Chelyabinsk Museum of Local Studies can attend the newly opened exposition. The museum opened “The world that cat built” exhibition, where all characters are represented by cats. Exhibition displays pieces from museum funds and personal collections. It exposes plush and clay figures, cloth dolls and cat pillows.

A part of exhibits are creations of Ekaterina Penzina, Lyubov Serova, Gennady Zhikharev, Ekaterina Tolmachyova, Boris Tryapitsyn.

The other part includes manufactured toys. There are also pet pictures and posters among exhibits. The new exhibition continues the ‘’Museum Zodiac” project which started last year with “Hello, Teddy bear” display. Visitors are in for a nice surprise: every purchased ticket comes with a cat magnet.
