Government Preserves The Mansion

The mansion situated on Skolkovo territory is going to be restored. The Skolkovo foundation can sponsor the restoration project of “Mamonovo” mansion by its own or other investors’ means.


On June 17, 2013 “Guseva Polosa” or ”Mamonovo mansion” architectural ensemble located on the territory of Skolkovo Innovation Center was included in the list of cultural heritage objects. The mansion was built at the beginning of XXth century by engineer Shumilin. It is a monument of neoclassic architecture. As “Public Television of Russia” reports, after restoration the mansion building can become a reception house or public cultural center.
