Russian Post had found a better way to spend RUR 15.9 million than buying 12 Renault electric cars, says Kommersant daily.

      The decision to cancel the contract was made by the management which took over in April this year.

      The state-run company says it's working hard to boost the quality of service and a fleet of 12 electric cars is unlikely to be very much helpful in that.
