Zenit St Petersburg beat Denmark’s Nordsjælland to secure its first leg victory. Assisted by Brazilian Hulk, forward Alexander Kerzhakov scored his first goal since November 2012. The win is certain to give the blue side a push to take them out of the protracted depression.
