Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov has reportedly lost $570 million in the stock exchange plunge after potas fertilizer producer Uralkal announced a new distribution policy, says Vedomosti.

This has been seen as an extra reason to halve FC Anzhi budget.

FC Anzhi owner Kerimov controls 17.2 percent of the company.
