Archeological excavations were carried out in Permskaya Street in Perm since the beginning of July.

Initially the finds on the place of the former estate were not so substantial: tiles, ceramics, and glass ware. Only several days ago the archeologists found the first burials, mostly collective ones, and most likely family ones. Researchers have already managed to study nine burials, seven of which were those of children.

The burials have been tentatively dated to the early 18th century. 4 crosses worn on the neck were found on the buried bodies; however, the crosses have been poorly preserved. If they are restored and cleaned, it will be possible to tell something more about them. It is of great importance for the history of Perm.
