Libya's Supreme Military Court has quashed the sentence for two Russians convicted for aiding the Qaddafi regime almost a year ago.
Alexander Shadrov and Vladimir Dolgov will not be able to walk out as free men because a civil trial will start now to review the case again.
The Russians insist they worked in the oil industry.
They have also complained of awful conditions in the Libyan prison.
