Rostech, a state-run corporation, is planning to announce a deal with Canadian bombardier at the MAKS 2013 aviation show, says Vedomosti.

      The sides will sign a memorandum of understanding on the production of Bombardier Q400, arguably the world's best regional plane, in Russia, the daily quotes two sources as saying.

      If the companies go ahead with the plans, the machine will be assembled at the Samara-based Aviakor plant, controlled by Deripaska's Russian Machines.
