Well-known fitness coach Raymond Verheijen has lambasted Russian coaches for laziness and unprofessionalism.

      They become coaches straight after they hang up their boots with no formal training. Instead, they just buy their licenses, he claimed.

      In Russia he worked with the likes of Guus Hiddink, Dick Advocaat.

      Verheijen is known for criticizing fitness training at European clubs including Chelsea.
