Rescuers will install rope handrails for safer climbing Mount Elbrus. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has responded to the request of a group of climbers who asked to ensure the safety when climbing Europe’s highest peak.

Leaders of the North Caucasus Regional Center (NKRC) of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has decided to install rope railing on Elbrus, which should allow tourists to keep the right direction in harsh weather conditions.
