Data placards for tourists heading to Tolbachik were installed in Klyuchevskoi Park.

One of them is located in Kozyrevsk settlement and the rest – in the area of temporary tourist camps near the cooling lava flow of the new Tolbachik fissure eruption. Placards provide information on tourist trails in 2012-2013 eruption area and on tourist routes of Kliuchevskoi Park in general.

The hiking route up to the erupting cone is very popular. KGBU "Natural Park" Volcanoes of Kamchatka" tells visitors in what state the route to Tolbachik is. Besides that, it has released information booklets containing not only the Klyuchevsky Park trail map, but code of conduct in the nature park and safety recommendations as well. It concerns staying close to lava flows of the last eruption and in immediate vicinity of the erupting cone.
