Another hotel will appear at Lake Baikal.


      

Just after one year a new three-star hotel will appear in "Gora Sobolinaya" ski resort, located next to the Baikalsk Pulp and Paper Mill. Construction of the facility began this summer while the project cost was not specified. The first stage of three-star hotel with nearly 60 rooms will start operating before the current year ends. It will also include changing and ski storage rooms. The start of second stage is scheduled for 2014. The new hotel development in “Gora Sobolinaya" is carried out within the framework of a special "Gate of Baikal” economic zone.


      

“Gora Sobolinaya" is the largest ski resort in Siberia located on Baikal shore 150 kilometers away from Irkutsk. Currently, the resort has three hotels with 192 beds.
