The Learned Cat Is Formally Employed

A cat was hired in Novorossiysk.

Famous Hermitage cats are not the only employed cats in Russia.

A cat from Novorossiysk named Kuzya was hired in children's library. Library employees picked him up as early as last October, but not long ago they have decided to make him formally employed. He was assigned to the position of assistant librarian. An order fixing his specially calculated wage was approved by director. Kuzya’s duty is to take part in kids’ celebrations where he impersonates Pushkin’s Learned Cat character. Staff members award Kyzya’s labor with 30 packs of ‘Whiskas’ monthly.
