The information on history of the zoo and its inhabitants can be heard from original audio guide. A new project, the audio guide speaking with voice of Nikolai Drozdov, was introduced in the Kaliningrad Zoo.

Visitors will not even need to rent any player – audio guide turns on after QR-codes, placed on the plates around the zoo perimeter, were scanned. Texts narrated by Nikolai Drozdov, that visitors can hear, were prepared by zoo’s guidance expert Irina Motkovaya. The audio guide tells stories both about Koenigsberg-Kaliningrad Zoo and its inhabitants. At the zoo entrance every visitor can get a special map, which indicates the points where QR-codes plates can be found.
