Monthly fees for parking in Moscow's centre will cost RUR 10,000, and a all-year-round ticket will set you back by RUR 100,000.

      According to the new changes, families with more than three children will be exempt from fees.

      Paid parking has been introduced in the centre of Moscow earlier this year.
