Active City festival of youth subcultures will take place on the City Day, August 31, in Vorobyovy Gory in Moscow.

      The festival will bring together the best representatives of subcultures. A bicycle flashmob will become its key event. Master classes, bicycle lectures, discussions of the federal draft law On Bicycle Movement and Bicycle Transport of the Russian Federation will take place in fifty city venues. Besides, visitors will see competitions on figure driving, skateboards race among professional athletes and various competitions. Sports and other subcultural communities of the city will present themselves and a competition for the best graffiti work will take place.
