Belozersk 1050th Anniversary Fund in the Vologda Region is raising funds for Vasily Shukshin monument.

      The sculpture will be set up in the street named after the renowned writer, film director and actor.

      The Fund hopes to raise missing assets with the help of people concerned about cultural and historical traditions of their motherland. Very little time is left to implement this initiative.

      The Fund board and the initiative group expect that crowdfunding will prove to be efficient and contribute to creation of a meaningful landmark in Belozersk.
