Russian rockers and rappers, as well as the Belarusian band of Lyapis Trubetskoy will perform at a rally gig in support of the Moscow mayoral candidate Alexei Navalny.

The concert will take place in Akademika Sakharova Avenue on September 6. Among the gig participants there will be Motorama, Zakhar May, Vasya Oblomov, Vladi, Neschastny Sluchai and others.

The well-known TV reporter Leonid Parfyonov will become the host of the event.

Initially organizers wanted to arrange the action at Vorobyovy Hills with the audience of up to 50 thousand people. On Tuesday the authorities suggested supporters of Mr. Navalny holding the concert in the Sakharov Avenue, having limited the number of listeners to 25 thousand people. It is a reminder that the Moscow mayoral elections will take place on September 8.
