September 7, the City Day, will see presentation of the international WOMAD Russia festival in the Kolomenskoye Estate, Moscow.

      The festival will take place from 5 pm to 10 pm, entrance free.

      Georgian singer Nino Katamadze and the Insight band, Shantel & Bukovina Club Orkestar, Frente Cumbiero, the Volga band from Moscow and the Troitsa band from Belorussia will take part in the presentation.

      Besides, a fair of unusual things will run in Kolomenskoye, just like at all other WOMAD festivals.

      WOMAD (World Of Music, Arts and Dance) - the most famous world music festival — was founded by the English musician and the public figure of Peter Gabriel. The WOMAD Russia festival will for the first time be held on September 21 and 22 in Pyatigorsk on the Mashuk hill.
