Vnesheconombank needs more financial support from the state to sponsor big-scale infrastructure projects, says Kommersant.

      The newspaper cites an anonymous source as saying that the institution will require up to RUR 1.1 trillion till 2020.

      According to the business daily, the Finance Ministry confirmed the shortage of funds and the need to increase the capitalization of the bank.
