The Cats are Ready to Exchange the Museum for the Apartment

The dozen of Hermitage cats will be given to good people in the end of September. The action "I Want To Go Home" will take place on September 28. It will be held within the framework of the Saint Petersburg “Etagi” Loft Project.

Six Saint Petersburg animal shelters will take part in the action. A person who wants to take a new pet must present a passport. During the action the residents of Saint Petersburg will be able to shelter 50 dogs and 85 cats, 12 of which are now living in the basement of the Hermitage.

Due to the fact that the museum constantly faces the problem of planted animals, once in a while special days are organized, when the “extra" cats find new owners.
