The low cost airline of "Aeroflot" will fly to St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Sochi. "Aeroflot" has decided to set up a subsidiary in 2014. It will be a low-budget carrier.

The preliminary route network of this company has already been formed. It involves the routes with the greatest passenger traffic: Moscow - St. Petersburg, Moscow - Kaliningrad, Moscow - Sochi, Samara, Yekaterinburg.

The implementation of the model of the Russian low cost airline requires making amendments to the existing legislation. This refers to the permission to sell non-refundable tickets, charge a fee for luggage transportation, not to feed passengers and hire foreign pilots.
