Auktyon Band to Celebrate its 30th Anniversary with a Gig
Auktyon Band

October 5 will see a jubilee concert of the Auktyon band to celebrate its 30th anniversary in the Arena Moscow club.

Over a quarter century long music journey, more than a dozen cult albums, love of music fans from all over Russia and abroad - all this is about the legendary Auktyon rock band from St. Petersburg.

Its frontman, songwriter and guitarist Leonid Fedorov started creating his band as a schoolboy yet. In 1980 the keyboard player and lyricist Dmitry Ozersky joined the band. Two years later Oleg Garkusha — a very vivid and quaint character of the Auktyon band -  started writing lyrics too.

It is still unpredictable what and how the band is going to perform: after all, every Auktyon concert is a unique improvisation.
