Rosneft and Novaport are close to the purchase of Domodedovo, one of the three major airports around Moscow, says Vedomosti.
‘A month ago the companies were supposed to sign the memorandum of understanding, and are now negotiating the price, which is between $4.5-4.7 billion, the Interfax news agency cites an anonymous source at the airport as saying.
Rosneft is eyeing the fuel facilities which are worth around $2.5 billion.
Dmitry Kamenshchik, the owner of Domodedovo, has been in talks to sell the airport since 2011, but as Vedomosti says has asked for $5 billion, which was considered too high a price.
