Forest Museum To Open In The Capital Of Altai Republic

It is scheduled to open Republican Ecological Regional Forest Museum in the College of Construction Industry and Service in Gorno-Altaisk.

      Existing school museum exhibition will be completed with new historical expositions and exhibits. To replenish the museum funds there is a need for the help of all the forestry and veterans of forest industry.

      To collect the artifacts, regional Ministry of Forestry has announced a competition for the best museum exhibit. The contest is held in the following nominations: "Forest Dynasty," "Interesting Legend", "Best Exhibit on the History of Altai Forestry" and "Best Forest Handicraft." The announcement of the contest results and victory ceremony will be held on September 1, 2014.
